The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 14,

     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 98(TRA)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to civil liability for boat owners and to civil                               
     liability for guest passengers on an aircraft or watercraft; and                               
     providing for an effective date."                                                              
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall CSSB 98(TRA) pass the House?"  The roll

on CSSB 98(TRA).
